Welcome back!

Hahaha. So in this episode Tom and I are going to chat about how to estimate the timeline for the development project you are working on. Whether it's a side project, a project at work, or whatever. Like always, we are recording out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where Tom and I live, In a room that has a lot of echo. Hopefully it doesn't come through in this podcast.

The first podcast had a lot of echo. I think now it's a little better... maybe.

I think it is. I think we learned how to use gain and all that stuff.

Ya... we're using some pretty fancy software now to try to get rid of the echo.

... No we're not.

Hahaha. Anyway, ya, how to estimate the timeline for the development project you're working on. So that's what we're going to talk about in this episode. Tom, what are your thoughts on how to estimate timeline?

You know what, I have one of those; a ghost project that didn't work out super well. It made a little bit of money actually, but it's a story for a different time.

Mhmm. So ya, I built that thing, and I spent so long. Building it took eight months. I actually tried to get it perfected. It was the worst way to go about doing it...
